| THIS PROGRAM IS OPEN TO MEDICAID/PEACH CARE AND FEE FOR SERVICE CLIENTS ONLY. IFI is a service intended to improve family functioning by clinically stabilizing the living arrangement, promoting reunification or preventing the utilization of out of home therapeutic venues for the individual consumer. Services are delivered utilizing a team approach and are provided to both children and adolescents in their living arrangement within the family system. These services include: Crisis Intervention Intensive Case Management Individual and/or Family Counseling/Training Rehabilitative Supports |

| CDS, Inc., provides evaluations / assessments which are intended to provide the court and other referral agencies with information to help them determine the best method of treatment / therapy for the client. A Bachlorate or Master Level therapist will perform a thorough and competent assessment / evaluation. This process involves a detailed socioeconomic history and background check.
